Shipping in Quebec

We mail the parcel on the first business day or the day after. We use Canada Post, which will ship the parcel within 1 to 3 business days from the date of mailing. Shipping is free for purchases of $125 and more before taxes! For purchases under $125 before taxes, a flat shipping charge of $9.99 per order is charged except for headbands, wallets, bibs, tuques, pencil or makeup cases (or other flat items less than 3/4 of an inch thick), for which rates are $4.50 each, and greeting cards or gift certificates, which cost $2.25.

Shipping Elsewhere in Canada

We mail the parcel on the first business day or the day after. We use Canada Post, which will ship the parcel within 2 to 7 business days from the date of mailing. Shipping is free for purchases of $125 and more before taxes! For purchases under $125 before taxes, a flat shipping charge of $14 per order is charged except for headbands, wallets, bibs, tuques, pencil or makeup cases (or other flat items less than 3/4 of an inch thick), for which rates are $4.50 each, and greeting cards or gift certificates, which cost $2.25.

Shipping to the United States

We mail the parcel on the first business day or the day after. Deliveries are carried out within 6 to 12 business days from the date of mailing. Postal fees are fixed at a flat rate of $23 per order, except for headbands, wallets, bibs, tuques, pencil or makeup cases (or other flat items less than 3/4 of an inch thick), for which rates are $5.50 each, and greeting cards or gift certificates, which cost $3.25. It will never cost you more than $23.

International Shipping

We mail the parcel on the first business day or the day after. Deliveries are carried out within 6 to 60 business days from the date of mailing. Postal fees are fixed at a flat rate of $25 per order for all items except for headbands, wallets, bibs, tuques, pencil or makeup cases (or other flat items less than 3/4 of an inch thick), for which rates are $9.99 each, and greeting cards or gift certificates, which cost $5.50. We reserve the right not to deliver to certain addresses that are too far or too expensive. If this is the case, we will contact you to make an arrangement.

Prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD) before taxes and do not include shipping costs. Federal and provincial taxes will be added to orders made from within Quebec. Federal tax will be added to orders made from elsewhere in Canada. For orders placed outside Canada, fees for completing export customs formalities and export papers are at the client’s expense. The financial transaction constitutes proof that an order has been received by Rien ne se perd, tout se crée…. Should an item become unavailable after an order has already been cashed, the client will be informed via email or phone and reimbursed as quickly as possible. All deliveries are made via the expedited parcel service of Canada Post. Parcels are mailed within 2 business days following receipt of order. We are not responsible for any inconvenience that a delivery delay may cause. Rien ne se perd, tout se crée… cannot be held liable for the non-execution of an order in case an item is out of stock, due to force majeure, a strike (such as postal services or transportation). We cannot guarantee a specific day of delivery, but we can help you track your order. We reserve the right not to make deliveries to certain addresses which are too distant or for which shipping is too costly. If that is the case, we will contact you to make an arrangement.

Guarantee

Garments from the Rien ne se perd, tout se crée… collection are known for their durability, easy care and high manufacturing quality. All our fabrics are carefully selected or woven according to very strict standards. However, should you find a default with one of our products, please notify us within a reasonable delay and we will strive to satisfy you. We cannot guarantee products sold over 6 months ago.

Refund or Exchange

Rien ne se perd, tout se crée… strives to produce quality items. If an exchange was deemed necessary, the client will be able to do so or be reimbursed by returning the merchandise with its original tags, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, including the original invoice within 7 business after receipt of the parcel, with the postal seal serving as proof for the delivery date. Postage is not refundable. You will therefore have to assume shipping costs for all merchandise returns. After 7 business days and up to 30 business days inclusively, we will only accept exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the client has not respected the conditions described above.

Returns are at your charge. You can choose your carrier, but if you want to save money, use our consumer-friendly return service with Canada Post. You only have to fill out the form in the Return or Exchange section to get a prepaid label. We will then deduct $9.99 plus taxes from your refund. This is much less expensive than if you mail the parcel yourself.

When returning merchandise, please keep on hand proof of expedition by your shipping service. Rien ne se perd, tout se crée… cannot be made liable for returns of merchandise not received or damaged during shipping. Please wrap and seal your return parcel appropriately. We do not accept any exchange or refund after 30 business days, unless we have a previous agreement with the client or if a purchase was made before the Holidays as a Christmas gift.
